Community Cultural Center Rental Rates

 

1. Activities refer to single or ongoing classes, meetings, rehearsals, work sessions, etc, with limited kitchen use (only coffee, hot water for tea).
2. Events refer to Front Building and Kitchen usage, and includes dances, concerts, plays, demonstrations, lectures auctions, dinners, forum, etc.
3. Commercial refers to an event or activity where personal income is generated.
4. Session is figured as 3 hours.
5. Work exchange is valued at $8. per person per hour.
